CLI
The CLI is dist/cli.js after pnpm run build. Run it as node dist/cli.js , or as session-bus after npm link in the repo.
MCP tools
The bus exposes 7 tools at /mcp. In Claude Code, with the entry named bus, they appear as mcpbus. Results are JSON text.
Configuration
All configuration is environment variables. There is no config file.
Scripts
All scripts are in scripts/. After npm link in the repo, three are on your PATH: session-bus (dist/cli.js), session-bus-setup (setup-client.sh) and claude-push (claude-push.sh). The links point into the checkout and belong to the active Node install; redo npm link after switching Node versions.
